Four things this field book is not, and one that it is

Not affiliated

Keystyle Travels is published by Keystyle Travels LLC and by nobody else. No public body, no developer, no property owner, no transport operator, no airline and no tourism office has any part in what appears here or any say in it.

No company whose name shares a word with this one has any connection to it either, and none of them are named on this site.

Not a seller

There is no shop here, no booking, no ticket, no membership and no price on any page. Payment, refunds, cancellation and delivery therefore have nothing to attach to, which the terms settle in a clause of their own rather than leaving a reader to work out.

The single exception is the look up on the front page, answered by a separate booking host. A trip booked after using it can pay this field book a commission. The fare is unchanged by that, the reader pays nothing extra, and the arrangement is printed directly under the form rather than in this footnote.

Not an authority on the ground

A record describes one block on one day, at the temperature and under the sky printed at the top of it. Lots get cleared, buildings go up, fences move and ditches get culverted.

Nothing here is a safety assessment and nothing here is advice about walking anywhere. Judge the heat, the traffic and the light yourself, carry water in summer, and turn back when a street stops making sense. If something described has changed, write to lot@keystyletravels.com and it gets corrected in print.

Not made of anybody else's work

• The writing is done for this field book. Where somebody else is quoted, they are quoted plainly and named.
• The photographs were generated for this field book. Nothing is bought in, nothing is drawn, nothing is assembled from parts, and no frame is presented as a particular address rather than as the sort of ground under discussion.
• The mark is a block plan drawn in code for this site.
• Nothing loads from another company on any page. The look up is our own markup, and the only thing that ever leaves is the trip a reader chooses to send.

Reusing what is here

A quoted paragraph with a credit and a link needs no permission at all. For a whole record or a photograph, ask at lot@keystyletravels.com: the reply is normally yes, always in writing, and normally carries one condition about how the credit reads.
